Drive-In Concert Rules and Regulations

• All registered cars should enter through the main entrance at Bell Blvd. and 24th Avenue (Men’s Warehouse). Bay Terrace personnel and signs will guide you to the designated viewing area from here.
• You will be allowed to enter the viewing area starting at 5:30 PM with the last car entering at 6:50 PM.
• Please have your tickets available upon entry, only 1 car will be allowed per registration and that will be strictly enforced.
• As you pull in, you will be provided with a printed menu and a spot identifier. You can then call the restaurants, order food, provide your spot number, and the food will be delivered to your car.
• Guests will park where directed and stay in that spot for the duration of the event. Every other space must remain vacant for social distancing purposes.
• Guests will present their ticket at the entrance to the event site for contactless scanning through the window.
• Car will be checked for total occupancy.
• Tailgating will be permitted in the vacant parking space to the RIGHT of every vehicle (customers must provide their own chairs). If ticket holders prefer to remain in their cars, windows on the driver’s side must remain closed.
• Vans, buses, oversized cars are not permitted to purchase tickets and will not be permitted to enter the concert area.
• If the decision is made to postpone the event due to rain/bad weather, an email will be sent to notify all attendees. In this case, the event will be re-scheduled to the following day (Monday).
• Guests are not permitted to hang anything from their cars which could obstruct the view of other guests attending the event.
• An FM transmitter will allow audio to be played from any radio. On the day of the event, attendees will be advised which FM station to tune into on their car radios.
• Absolutely no alcohol permitted.
• Guests must purchase tickets in advance. There will be no tickets sold at the event.
• Guests must wear masks at all times if outside of their car and practice social distancing.
• Porta potties will be available for use, guests must wear masks.
• Guests may not sit on the top of their cars.
• Guests will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the event site.
• Cars must be out of the parking area within 30 minutes post-concert.
