COVID Re-Opening

As we continue to wend our way through these very challenging times, your safety is of utmost concern. We have been working diligently to establish reasonable and effective safety protocols.

To ensure the safe return to our theater, we have implemented the following new procedures to protect our guests, staff, volunteers and artists. These measures follow all CDC recommendations, and are subject to change:

  • We have hired a COVID Safety Officer, to ensure safety measures are maintained.
  • We will require that you arrive an extra 20 minutes early to complete the entry process.
  • Tickets may reflect a required time of entry based on each section.
  • You must be able to show proof of vaccination and valid ID.
  • We’ll complete a touchless temperature check at the door.
  • Contactless ticket scanning will be utilized.
  • You will be required to wear a mask inside. Masks will be available upon request.
  • We have clear face shield visors available for purchase ($10 each).
  • We have installed new HVAC air filters for virus ionization.
  • Use our hand sanitizer stations or touchless restroom sinks.
  • Our cleaning process includes the neutralization of all theater chairs prior to every event.

Monitor your health. If you don’t feel well, have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 10 days, please stay home.

Get tested or vaccinated. You must test negative within 72 hours OR be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entry.

What about kids?
Children ages 2-12 are not required to show proof of a vaccine or negative test, but they must wear a mask at all times.

Ticket purchasing.
Once tickets go on sale, you will be able to use your credits on account to make your purchase. If your show is cancelled or rescheduled because of the pandemic, we’ll notify you of the new show date. Your current tickets will be honored for the new date. (Can’t attend the new date? You can exchange your tickets or request a full refund.)
