Your safety is of utmost concern.
To ensure a comfortable return to our theater, we have implemented the following procedures to protect our guests, staff, volunteers and artists. These measures follow all CDC recommendations, and are subject to change without notice:
- We ask all guests to arrive 20 minutes early to help facilitate a smooth entry process.
- New HVAC air filters have been installed for virus ionization.
- Sanitizing stations and touchless restroom sinks/driers are available throughout the theater.
- Masks are available upon request.
- Clear face shield visors are available for purchase ($10 each).
- A COVID Safety Officer is on staff, to ensure safety measures are maintained inside the venue.
- Our cleaning process includes the neutralization of all theater chairs prior to every event.
Monitor your health. If you don’t feel well, have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 10 days, please stay home.

Ticket purchasing.
Once tickets go on sale, you will be able to use your credits on account to make your purchase. If your show is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you of the new show date. Your tickets will be honored on the new date. (Can’t attend due to illness? You can exchange your tickets or request a full refund.
QPAC values the safety of our audiences, artists, and staff. It regularly updates its COVID protocols and procedures based on CDC, federal, state, city, and other scientific data. QPAC reserves the right to alter safety protocols at any time and at its sole discretion including but not limited to social distancing, vaccines/testing, masks, food service limitations, venue capacity, and entrance procedures as it deems appropriate.
